DESCRIPTION:Ndindane Combined School – Block A Trust – 911 Footprints\nHidden deep in the heart of the Block A Trust\, Ndindane Combined School offers schooling from Grade R through to Grade 12 – a major challenge for the headmaster and his staff. Without the facility of a hall\, all assemblies are held outside in front of a row of classrooms. The teachers helped us to construct a makeshift screen from white A4 paper and we were ready to go. The children flocked to the area and eagerly participated in the presentation and clambered to be the ones chosen to place their footprints. Clouds of dust from the dry ground were thrown up as they all sang and stamped their feet.
