Leacock Foundation Leap into Literacy – Awareness – 75 Footprints

Our summer theme was “Safari” with a special focus on South Africa. Each class participated in this campaign and all hope to help save the animals. The Grade 6 class also learned about Nelson Mandela, and our class motto became Mandela’s quote “It’s in your hands to make a difference”. So it was nice to involve them in a project where it was in their ‘feet’ to make a difference
